Hymn    Holy, holy, holy all the saints adore Thee, Casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea; Cherubim and seraphim falling down before Thee, who were, and art, and evermore shall be. Creed      Unjustly condemned for blasphemy and sedition, Jesus was crucified, suffering the depths of human pain and giving his life for the sins of the world.  God raised this Jesus from the dead, vindicating his sinless life, breaking the power of sin and evil, delivering us from death to life eternal. We trust in God, whom Jesus called Abba, Father.     – A Brief Statement of Faith

Hymn   My shepherd will supply my need; Jehovah is His name; in pastures fresh He makes me feed, beside the living stream. He brings my wandering spirit back, when I forsake his ways; and leads me, for his mercy’s sake, in paths of truth and grace. When I walk through the shades of death your presence is my stay; one word of Your supporting breath drives all my fears away.  Your hand, in sight of all my foes, does still my table spread; my cup with blessings overflows, your oil anoints my head. The sure provision of my God attend me all my days; O may Your house be my abode, and all my work be praise. There would I find a settled rest, while others go and come; no more a stranger, or a guest, but like a child at home.

Joys and Concerns/Prayers of the People/Lord’s Prayer    Thanks for keeping the congregation in your prayers, sending cards and calling  on the phone those of our members and friends.

Hymn Brother, sister, let me serve you, let me be as Christ to you; pray that I may have the grace to let you be my servant, too. I will hold the Christ-light for you in the night-time of your fear; I will hold my hand out to you, speak the peace you long to hear. When we sing to God in heaven, we shall find such harmony, born of all we’ve known together of Christ’s love and agony.  Let me be your servant.(2) Let me be as Christ to you.

Charge    We are known by God and God invites us to greater levels of openness and freedom.  God sees and empowers us to see God and ourselves clearly.

Benediction May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the community of the Holy Spirit be with us all evermore.  Amen.

Benediction Response   Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me; Melt me, mold me, fill me, use me. Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me.

Thank you to those who are giving tithes, offerings and gifts.
